Traditional text annotation-based video retrieval is done by manually labeling videos with text, which is inefficient and highly subjective and generally cannot accurately describe the meaning of videos. Traditional content-based video retrieval uses convolutional neural networks to extract the underlying feature information of images to build indexes and achieves similarity retrieval of video feature vectors according to certain similarity measure algorithms. In this paper, by studying the characteristics of sports videos, we propose the histogram difference method based on using transfer learning and the four-step method based on block matching for mutation detection and fading detection of video shots, respectively. By adaptive thresholding, regions with large frame difference changes are marked as candidate regions for shots, and then the shot boundaries are determined by mutation detection algorithm. Combined with the characteristics of sports video, this paper proposes a key frame extraction method based on clustering and optical flow analysis, and experimental comparison with the traditional clustering method. In addition, this paper proposes a key frame extraction algorithm based on clustering and optical flow analysis for key frame extraction of sports video. (e algorithm effectively removes the redundant frames, and the extracted key frames are more representative. (rough extensive experiments, the keyword fuzzy finding algorithm based on improved deep neural network and ontology semantic expansion proposed in this paper shows a more desirable retrieval performance, and it is feasible to use this method for video underlying feature extraction, annotation, and keyword finding, and one of the outstanding features of the algorithm is that it can quickly and effectively retrieve the desired video in a large number of Internet video resources, reducing the false detection rate and leakage rate while improving the fidelity, which basically meets people’s daily needs....
To improve the effect of modern art design, this study presents a camera pose estimation algorithm based on the least feature points of quaternion. Moreover, this study detects and matches the feature points of the camera image and establishes a system of formulas through the rigid constraints of the feature points, thereby constructing an eigenvalue problem to solve the camera pose. In addition, this study combines artificial intelligence technology to construct the modern art interactive design system and structure the system function structure. Direct power control (DPC) of pulse width modulation (PWM) is often used to control the instantaneous power of rectifiers. )e instantaneous power contains both grid voltage and current information, and its value is not affected by coordinate transformation. It is constant in steady state and reflects the DC control characteristics. However, the switching frequency of traditional DPC is not fixed, the DC voltage has static error, and the system fluctuates greatly. In this work, we introduce the concept of stator flux of the AC motor into thePWMrectifier. Combined with the space vectorPWM(SVPWM) technology, we use the virtual flux estimation method to obtain the instantaneous power value, which saves the grid voltage sensor, eliminates the static difference of DC voltage. Furthermore, considering that the neural proportion integral differential (PID) control depends heavily on the initial weight coefficient of the network, we use chaos particle swarm optimization (CPSO) algorithm, which combines the basic PSO algorithm and chaos theory to optimize the initial weight coefficient of neural PID control. In the experiment, the results prove that the performance of the controller can be effectively improved....
Recent outbreaks and the worldwide spread of COVID-19 have challenged mankind with unprecedented difficulties. The introduction of autonomous disinfection robots appears to be indispensable as consistent sterilization is in desperate demand under limited manpower. In this study, we developed an autonomous navigation robot capable of recognizing objects and locations with a high probability of contamination and capable of providing quantified sterilization effects. In order to quantify the 99.9% sterilization effect of various bacterial strains, as representative contaminants with robots operated under different modules, the operating parameters of the moving speed, distance between the sample and the robot, and the radiation angle were determined. We anticipate that the sterilization effect data we obtained with our disinfection robot, to the best of our knowledge, for the first time, will serve as a type of stepping stone, leading to practical applications at various sites requiring disinfection....
